Sri Bhagavatula Venkata Rama Sarma is one of today's most revered Kuchipudi Gurus who is carry forward the torch of this exquisite dance form by imparting traditional training to the future generation. He has trained with great Gurus Sri Bhagavatula Yagna Narayana Sarma and Sri Vempati Chinna Satyam. He is working as a Bharatanatyam guru in GVR Music and Dance college, Vijayawada. He has founded and established Sri Nrutya Art Academy to promote Kuchipudi. Some of his prominent students are B.Sowmya, H.T. Rashmi, Sanjata Gupta, Ammulu, Rajatha Gora Indrani, Jyothirmay, Madhuri, Demos, Siva Rama Krishna.
