CAREER OBJECTIVE:
To explore and experiment the extensions of the body as well as to relate it to the theoretical constructs. More over to establish myself as a good human being and artist.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
· Currently pursuing Ph D in Dance (Kuchipudi) from University of Hyderabad under the supervision of Prof. Jonnalagadda Anuradha
· Completed M.Phil in Comparative Literature on the topic Dance as Discourse: Revisiting the performances of Gollakalapam and Theyyam from University of Hyderabad in June 2009.
· Completed Masters in Performing Arts (MPA) in DANCE from University of Hyderabad in Apr 2008.
· Completed Bachelor degree in English Literature from University of Kerala in May 2005.
LEARNING EXPERINCE:
· Started learning Kuchipudi Dance from the age of 12 under the guidance of
Kalamandalam Sathyabhama
· Started learning Mohiniyattam and Bharathanatyam Dance from the age of 10 under the guidance of Kalamandalam Sathyabhama
· Done a project work on Theyyam analysing the Socio – Cultural aspects of it, part of my course work during Masters.
· Guided by Prof. Jonnalagadda Anuradha in Masters program in University of Hyderabad.
· Trained in Contemporary Dance by Shri. Bharath Sharma

· Recipient of CCRT National Scholarship from the year 1998 in Bharathanatyam.
· Reciepient of the title “Kalaratnam” in Swathi Tirunal Dance and Music Festival (2001).
· Kerala State Youth Festival’s State level winner in Bharathanatyam and Mohiniyattam in the year 1999.

· Choreographed a Padam in Kuchipudi on Swati Tirunal Kriti, Ragam – Ananda Bhairavi, Tala – Adi.
· Choreographed some experimental works like Bangles (Contemporary), Guha ( A fusion of Classical and Contemporary dance forms with the support of three variety of drums), Kisalaya ( A Fusion of Bharathanatyam and Mohiniyattam).
PERFORMING EXPERIENCE:
· Performed for Eenam Awards, felicitating the Jnanapeeth Awardee O N V Kurup, the programme was organized by Swaralaya at Dubai in November 2010.
· Performed for Festival of India in China, organized by ICCR under the leadership of Prof. J Anuradha in April 2010.
· Performed in Kuchipudi Dance Festival at Kuchipudi in 2009.
· Performed in Chandalika, a dance drama choreographed by Shri. Vempati Chinna Satyam, production carried out by Prof. J. Anuradha in 2008 and 2009.
· Performed in Contemporary dance production, NIGHTINGALE composed by Shri. Bharath Sharma at Bangalore and Hyderabad in 2007.
· Performed in the cities of UAE with the crew of Kairali’s Mega Show in 2006.
· Performed for International Film Festival in Kerala (IFFK) in 2005 and 2006.
· Performed in many cities of Kerala.
