Dance
performer, choreographer and trainer. Been training students in the dance form
of Kuchipudi, and other Indian free style choreography for
traditional ,contemporary as well as popular music.
TRAINING RECEIVED
Been trained
from the age of nine under the tutelage of well-known exponents in Kerala , in
various dimensions of Indian Classical Dance. Now learning Koochipudi under Smt
Methil Devika, Sri Vempati Ravi Shankar.
AWARDS /PERFORMENCES
· Won Kalaprathibha title in the year
2000 for the Kerala State Youth Festival . Aggregate Champion title in the
proceeding years also.
· Won the outstanding Junior Citizen
Award of Palakkad district from the Junior Chamber Of Commerce.
· Won the Guru Gopinath Trust Puraskar
· Won the Promising Dancer Award from
Lions Club, Palakkad.
· Performed with the Koochipudi Art Academy
Chennai and also along with Methil Devika, (research scholar and
exponent of Kuchipudi and ,Mohiniyattam).Assisted Methil Devika in her
Community-Arts project for the mentally chalenged patients.
Currently
