Submission Guidelines

Kuchipudi Kalakar is maintained by a team of Kuchipudi enthusiasts. The love for the art brings us volunteers together to maintain this website for the benefit of all artists. The website is purely based on trust and there is no verification of authenticity of the information given to us.

Our Mission:

• To be an online database for Kuchipudi Kalakars around the world
• To be a trusted, authentic and reliable source of information on artist profiles
• To connect Gurus and Shishyas, artists and event organizers, the seeker and the giver.

Artist profiles:

• Profiles of debutant and veteran arists
• Details about Gurus, performances, achievements, interests and passions
• Links to websites, youtube channels, blogs
• Contact information

How to submit:

• Send a word document (no pdf please) with profile details
• No special formatting in word documents and no embedded photos in document
• 4-6 High resolution photos 
• No posters please. They cannot be uploaded in the website without additional effort.
• Please allow upto 4 weeks for updating the website with your profile.
• Email profiles to kuchipudifan@gmail.com 

Post submission updates
We recognize that we would all like to update our information once in a while. We guarantee that the information on the website will be identical to what is submitted by you with the exceptions of formatting. Please follow the guidelines for updates.

• Updates must only include additional information and original profiles cannot be replaced.
• Updates must be for genuine reasons like giving new information or updating contact information
• Updates will be done 4 times a year at the end of every quarter.
